- Carry out three monthly inspections of the properties to ensure your asset remains in good condition
- Be the tenant’s point of contact for maintenance and tenancy related matters
- Provide a 24-hour emergency service for out of hours repairs
- Arrange any necessary maintenance on your behalf
- Arrange rent protection insurance at your request
- Serve any required notices on the tenant
We advertise your property, arrange viewings, select and vet potential tenants for your consideration, draw up contracts for the tenant to sign, ensure your property complies with the relevant regulations at the start of the tenancy, handle the deposit and provide additional services such as compiling an inventory of the property contents and conditions
