We believe that if tenants are treated with respect and the property maintained to a good standard, tenants will stay longer and treat the property better. This reduces the cost for landlords in the long term as landlords pay fewer letting fees, and minor maintenance issues aren’t permitted to snowball into bigger, more expensive problems. This in turn stops the property from falling into the downward spiral that we see so often in the market of worse tenants staying for shorter periods.
